Broughton Playing Fields and Village Hall Committee has ambitious plans for developing our village hall and playing fields to improve the indoor and outdoor facilities for current users and to make them more accessible to a wider group of people in the local community.
Planning permission for the developments was agreed by Kettering Borough Council in January 2015 and Phase 1 of the plan (under-
Phase 2 of the developments (a new toilet block off the main hall, for children and disabled people) is now underway and £25,000 of the estimated £40,000 cost of the project has already been raised from earlier fundraising efforts and from grant funding.
We now need to raise the remaining £15,000 quite quickly in order to comply with grant funding requirements.

Phase 2: Toilet Block (2016)
Phase 2 is the creation of a new toilet block which will include toilets and sinks designed for the Under Fives and also for the disabled. This block will enable the Village Hall to offer its available facilities to other Users of all ages during weekdays.

Phase 3: External Storage Units (February 2019)
The 3 external storage units have been completed which locks in planning permission for the extended Hall, Stage area, improved changing facilities and new Community Room
