Facilities Available For Hire

Broughton Playing Fields and Village Hall Association has a large hall, meeting rooms and football pitches available for hire. Whether you’re looking for a venue for a party or you need a meeting room, then we can help. We also welcome bookings from throughout the UK, if you are looking for a business meeting place, we are conveniently situated within easy access to the A1, A14, M1 and M6.

Facilities: About Us

Main Hall

Size: 17m x 9m

Approximate capacity: 120 seated in rows, 100 at tables or 80+ band/disco

Hire includes the use of the fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and urn. The bar area has a chiller, fridge, two sinks, kettles and mugs. A full set of crockery and cutlery is available on payment of a deposit

Football pitches

When you book a pitch it includes changing facilities, showers and toilets. Pitches are available in the daytime and evening.

Meachem Room

Meeting room size: 6m x 5.5m

Approximate capacity: 30 seated in rows or 20 at tables. 

Hire includes the use of the tables and chairs. There is also a fridge, kettles, mugs and sink available for use

Small Committee Room

Size: 5m x 4m

Approximate capacity: 20 seated in rows or 10 at tables

Hire includes the use of the tables and chairs.

Available for hire 7 days a week

To book our facilities please give at least 3 days notice.

General hire information 

  • 2 Disabled toilets

  • Baby changing facilities

  • Car parking for 21 cars + 2 disabled spaces

  • Free access to Wi-fi throughout the building.

  • Licensed for the performance of dance, music, plays and films.

  • Licensed for the sale of alcohol by agreement with the Bookings Officer on payment of a fee and subject to condition.
