Broughton Village Hall is a registered charity run by a Management Committee who are elected each year at an Annual General Meeting in June. The committee members are all volunteers and responsible for managing the day to day running of the Village Hall.

All of the Committee Meetings are open meetings which means residents of Broughton and Little Cransley are welcome to attend at any time.  Meetings take place bi-monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month in February, April, June (including AGM), August, October and December.

The structure of the committee includes:

• 3 elected officials - Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer

• 4 representative members from organisations which regularly use the Village Hall

• 10 members resident in Broughton and Cransley
